Reserve A Puppy by placing a deposit!

For this last puppy, a NON REFUNDABLE $500.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy. Deposits will be received on a first come first served basis. For your convenience, we accept major Credit Cards and Paypal. If paying by check, Please use Express or Priority mail when sending payment. Checks are accepted for deposits only. The balance due must be paid for in cash or credit card when the puppy is picked up.

The Buyer agrees that if the puppy is not picked up on the preset release date set by the breeder, there will be a $20 a day boarding fee unless previous arrangements have been made.

If for some reason the Buyer is unable to complete the purchase of the puppy, NO REFUNDS will be given. Titan Danes does allow buyers who have had unforeseen circumstances impact their lives keep their deposit in "escrow" with Titan Danes and give you the option to pick any unclaimed puppy from any future litter (for two years) when your circumstances improve and you are once again able to complete your purchase.

When the puppy is paid for in full, AKC registration papers, health records and any other applicable information are provided to the Buyer.

All puppies are sold on an American Kennel Club limited registration with a spay/neuter agreement unless a previous agreement is in place. The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit, if we feel for any reason the Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy. Titan Danes reserves the right to take up to 30 days to refund your deposit..
